The first time I had the pleasure of working with WG-Homes in the Spring of 2024. I am a Broker Associate and I had buyer clients who were interested in purchasing a home that WG-Homes had fully renovated. I myself have renovated many homes and was a bit nervous as I know often builders and investors simply do a few replacements of finishes such as cabinets and re-list the home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this builder not only completely and properly renovated the home but went above and beyond. George the owner had photo and video documentation of every repair and or replacement that had been completed. Sewer lines, water lines, electric, insulation…. everything had been replaced and to the highest standards. The finishes that were chosen were of great quality and the attention to detail was evident. The best part about working with George is his responsiveness and the pride he takes in his work. My clients for this transaction were extremely particular and George was patient with all their requests, even when they were unreasonable.
