The first time I had the pleasure of working with WG-Homes in the Spring of 2024. I am a Broker Associate and I had buyer clients who were interested in purchasing a home that WG-Homes had fully renovated. I myself have renovated many homes and was a bit nervous as I know often builders and investors simply do a few replacements of finishes such as cabinets and re-list the home. George the owner had photo and video documentation of every repair and or replacement that had been completed. Sewer lines, water lines, electric, insulation…. everything had been replaced and to the highest standards.
